Service before sales. Ian Alkire served 14 years in the U.S. Army — including more than four years on combat deployments — then five years with the Department of Homeland Security. He learned what it means to run a mission: plan precisely, execute faithfully, and never leave people behind.
A new mission. Ian earned his Texas real estate license in December 2020 and brought that same mission mindset to helping families buy and sell homes — with a special heart for military families navigating PCS moves.
Betting on ourselves. After building under a national franchise, Ian and his wife Jazmene made the biggest call of their careers: on September 4, 2026, they ended their Weichert franchise and launched Infinity Family Properties & Associates as a fully independent brokerage. No franchise playbook. Their own standard — higher.
Built as a family, run like a family. Jazmene serves as Broker of Record, leading compliance and agent development alongside Ian. Together they're building a brokerage where agents are developed, clients are educated, and every transaction is handled like it's family — because around here, it is.
